Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia is a danish charter airline based in Copenhagen. It was founded in 1993 under name of Premiair as a fusion of Scanair (SAS Leisure Group) and Conair of Scandinavia. In 1994 SAS sold their part, which was bought by Airtours in 1996. Due to reorganization of Airtours Premiair was rebranded as My Travel Airways. Due to merger of Karstadt Quelle AG and My Travel Group the airline was rebranded again to nowadays Thomas Cook Airlines-Scandinavia.
