The Boeing 747-200 is an improved version of the Boeing 747-100 and is equipped with more powerful engines and increased fuel capacity. At the time of its maiden flight the Boeing 747 was the largest civil aircraft and became a legend with its famous name “Jumbo”. The Boeing 747-200 completed its maiden flight on 11th october 1970.
