The Boeing 727 is a three engined jet aircraft that was designed for short and middle ranges. It can carry up to 189 passengers and was constructed from the Boeing 707 fuselage. On 6th february 1963 it completed its maiden flight and a total of 1832 aircrafts were built until productions ended in 1984. Nowadays it is mainly used as a private jet and some cargo converted 727 are still in operational use.
